Startup Fee
Around $500 to get started, which covers the deep cleaning required by the state of NC.
25% Commission
On rental income only, not cleaning fees. Some properties qualify for 22%. Everything is assessed case by case.
No Cleaning Fee Commission
We don't take a cut of cleaning fees. What guests pay for cleaning goes toward the clean.
Maintenance Handled In-House
When something needs fixing, we take care of it ourselves where we can. No markup, no runaround.
30 Owner Nights Per Year
Use your cabin up to 30 nights a year, commission-free. It's your home — you should be able to enjoy it.
Reporting
Check your numbers any time through the owner dashboard. Monthly statements land by the 15th, and we handle your full-year 1099 at tax time.
